BIO
My cooking pays homage to farm-fresh foods I tasted when living in Italy. I've hosted hundreds of cooking classes and culinary pop-ups -- from handmade fettuccine to slow-simmered bolognese sauce. I love sharing my passion for food through hosted dinners and hands-on classes. My cuisine floats between classic Italian and regional American flavors.
Cooking, for me, is something that we can all gather around — whether we speak the same language or not. I am a published author ('Italy for All Seasons, 2016), food writer, and passionate teacher. I enjoy helping home cooks to unlock dishes they'd never think to tackle on their own — empowering cooks to keep learning, keep simmering, keep improving.
Things I couldn't live without: books, pasta, humor, olive oil, and The Golden Girls. I also whip up a ::mean:: pumpkin lasagna.
