This hands-on class will teach you how to turn flour and water into traditional Italian orecchiette -- a pasta from Puglia, Italy. We'll knead the dough, shape the pasta, and whip up succulent sauces. We then dine on a 4-course Italian meal. You bring home your own pasta! Perfect for couples or foodie friends.
