In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh Italian pasta -- including "tagliatelle" and "maltagliati." First we will make the dough from scratch. We will then knead, cut and form each pasta. Your cooking class includes a 5-course Italian feast. All dishes are vegetarian.

A bright Southern Italian antipasto: grilled eggplant marinated all day in a savory slurry of olive oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, and fresh mint.
Fennel, Orange & Olive Insalata

A traditional Sicilian insalata of tangy oranges, savory olives, and crisp wild fennel. Tossed in a blood orange vinaigrette.
Homemade Tagliatelle
Entree
Handmade tagliatelle tossed with brown butter, sage and pan-toasted walnuts. Pasta is dusted in freshly-grated parmigiano reggiano.
Homemade Maltagliati

Handmade maltagliati pasta served with stewed cherry tomatoes, ricotta salata and crisp wild arugula.
Berries & Balsamic
Dessert
Sweetened whole milk ricotta crowned in balsamic-roasted berries.
Basil Limonata

A cooling limonata made with sparkling water, meyer lemon juice and fresh basil.
