Chris Kronner is the chef/owner of Kronner Burger. He started making burgers as a pop-up in San Francisco and soon opened a brick-and-mortar, he uses a mixture of dry-aged beef, unaged grass-fed Angus beef, and short-rib and neck trim for his namesake burger.
