Chris, along with his wife Kate, run and operate, Ibis Bakery and Fervere. The bakery has various partnerships, including Messenger Coffee Co., Happy Gillis, and The Antler Room. Chris’s bread recipe goes through a 2-day process, taking up to 30 hours from initial feed to bake and producing up to 300 loaves per day.
