Pork is king for the night! Hutch Supper Club celebrates the famed animal that brings us succulent ribs, tender loins, and bacon! Bacon itself has been prone to being in its own food group! Join us for a 3-course menu with each course featuring our "guest of honor" and one of our own personal favorites. The experience is sure to please, so don't miss out! The appetizer and dessert will be served plated, and the entree will be served family-style. Dessert will be served with coffee and tea.

Mmmmm... Ribs!!
Dry-rubbed and Slow-cooked Berkshire Pork Spare Ribs, Charred Scallion BBQ Sauce, Cabbage, Apple & Celeriac Slaw TenderBelly Pork is widely considered the best pork producer around, and we are proud to present their Duroc spareribs. Brined to retain moisture and add flavor, the ribs are then rubbed with BBQ spices and slow-roasted until fall-off-the-bone tender. Housemade BBQ sauce blended with burnt scallions, and a fresh slaw round out the first course. Don't worry, wet naps will be provided!!
Orange & Honey-Glazed Duroc Pork Loin
Served with sides of Black Garlic-whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, Grain Mustard Jus, and Green Onion & Cheddar Cornbread Again we call upon TenderBelly, this time for their bone-in Duroc pork loin. Duroc is one of the oldest heritage breeds and has some of the best flavor, even rivaling that of the Berkshire. Pork jus with grain mustard will accompany the roast. The whipped gold potatoes will be enhanced by the addition of black garlic. Asparagus with a good "roast" is one of our favorites!
Salted Caramel & TenderBelly Bacon Panna Cotta
TB Bacon Pecan Toffee, Balsamic Onion & Apple Jam Dessert with pork? Don't worry, I've got you. Some might say we saved the best for last... Here's the bacon! Salted caramel & TB signature dry-rubbed bacon-flavored custard is offset by the crisp, nutty toffee. A little something in the way of acidity to cut through all that richness is provided by apple and onion cooked down to a sweet & sour jam. A perfect way to finish off a fabulous meal!
