I began working in the F&B hospitality industry as a teenager for my grandparents who had two highly acclaimed restaurants in Tokyo. I later worked at 15 Romolo in San Francisco as a cocktail server and worked my way up to bartender and manager. Since then, I've worked an eclectic selection of bars around San Francisco from Maven, Nightbird, to Tradition. I'm currently slinging drinks at Benjamin Cooper and will be on the opening team for Bon Voyage. I'm also currently a US National Finalist for Bacardi Legacy 2018.
