My spin on a traditional Greek pie — layers of crispy phyllo filled with decadent cheese and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.
Shrimp with Fava
Small Plate
I spent the summer eating creamy fava (a dish made from yellow split peas) and couldn't get enough of it. This dish pairs garlicky shrimp and capers with it.
Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Lemon Potatoes and Simple Salad
Entree
The center piece of the feast is a succulent butterflied leg of lamb stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, and a few more surprises. The lamb is served with roasted lemon potatoes and a family-style salad.

Save room for this decadent ending: Layers of syrup spiced shredded phyllo, custard and whipped cream are stacked and topped with nuts for a memorable dessert.
