An innovative chef with experience developing menu concepts under top chefs in LA, Houston, and Nashville, Chris Ford’s passion for cooking began as a child in his grandmother’s kitchen in Florence, Oregon. There, she taught him to make biscuits, fresh-caught Pacific salmon, campfire paella, and her favorite: Crab Louie. Desiring to deliver a memorable experience with every dish, Chris’s passion for connecting to people with energy and humor defines his craft.
