I grew up in Hong Kong where I was exposed to international cuisines. My dad is a Japanese chef, and my mother is an innovative homecook. We are a family of foodies. I started to prepare my own food at the age of 10. I learned that good food comes in different forms and shapes. As I discovered more flavors through my travels, I would like to recreate all the delicious dishes I've had and share my experience with you.
