Crafting Your Own Condiments

In this class you’ll learn how to make your own condiments at home, deconstructing commercially available products and reconstructing them without the additives, preservatives, or “natural flavors” that are in many store bought products. After taking this class you’ll learn how to make 10 different condiments, from whole grain mustard to chocolate hazelnut spread.
