On Friday November 18th, at 9:00PM, Chef Clinton Kendall of East Side King will host a Cochon555 pop-up dubbed a 'Late Nite Asian Speakeasy.’ The family-style dinner paired with Silver Oak wines features special guest chefs Paul Qui, Thai Changthong, Philip Speer and James Dumapit celebrating the flavor-forward, spice-driven Asian feasts so many industry chefs and line cooks indulge in after their restaurants close. Dinner will be followed by a master class featuring Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve paired with the dessert. During the reception guests will be able to enjoy passed bites and hand-crafted punches featuring The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley and Breckenridge Distillery alongside an aperitif of Martínez Lacuesta Vermouth. Tickets to the dinners are available online at $115 per person and will benefit Piggy Bank, a farm-in-the-making benefitting heritage breed pig farmers and culinary schools. Cultured yet edgy, the night focuses equally on far-flung food cultures and local sourcing solutions.
