On Saturday, November 19th at 7:00 p.m., Chef Ben Runkle of Salt & Time will host a luxury guest chef dinner with Jorge Hernandez, Otto Phan and Tatsu Aikawa, we call 'Chef’s Course.' Guests will enjoy a refined three-hour culinary experience with a savory climax of Bone-In Tomahawk Steaks paired with magnums of Faust Cabernet Sauvignon. Dinner will be followed by a master class featuring Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve paired with dessert. During the reception guests will be able to enjoy passed bites with Quintessa Illumination Sauvignon Blanc and an aperitif of Martinez Lacuesta Vermouth. Tickets to the dinners are available online at $110 per person and will benefit Piggy Bank, a farm-in-the-making benefitting heritage breed pig farmers and culinary schools. The refined multi-course places a focus on responsible agriculture and local sourcing solutions.
