+What is a personalized cookbook?

This something we’ve been wanting to do for a long time! Our vision has always been to transform the Tastemade experience from a purely digital world into physical products that bring the Tastemade experience directly into your home. We are super excited about giving people the ability to make truly unique cookbooks that reflect their specific interests and to make it easier than ever to replicate Tastemade recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen.

+What’s the difference between hardcover and softcover books?

The hardcover book is a bit more durable and will hold up longer under normal kitchen wear and tear. Our softcover book on the other hand, is more economical and we recommend a basic cookbook stand to keep the pages fully open.

+Can I make multiple books?

You can make as many books as you’d like! We designed everything to make it easy for you to make books for either yourself or as gifts for friends and family using our pre-selected “Categories and Recipes.” We even provided you with an inscription option so you can tell that special someone who you made it for!

+What is the ‘Pick For Me’ feature?

We understand that your time is valuable, so if you don’t want to select individual categories you can just use the ‘Pick For Me’ feature and we’ll select categories for you!

+Do you offer the Personalized Cookbook in different languages?

At this time we do not, however we do hope to offer this product in local languages around the world in the near future.

Order

+When will I receive my order?

As soon as your order is received we start “cooking.” It takes roughly 3-5 days for us to transform your digital recipes into a finished product. Once that process is completed the book will be shipped out immediately depending upon the shipping option you selected at checkout.

+Where do we ship?

We are currently structured to ship to nearly everywhere in the world, However, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O Box Addresses.

+What is your cancellation policy?

These books are made on-demand and we are charged immediately as soon as you submit your order. With that being said our policy for personalized cookbooks is that we can accept cancellation up to 2 hours after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee that we’ll accept an order cancellation if you reach out to us more than 2 hours later after your order placement.

+Will I receive all of my items at the same time if I ordered more than one item?

We do our very biest to ship multiple orders out at the same time. However, given the nature of the manufacturing process, orders are submitted in bulk to our facility. Therefore we can not strictly guarantee that multiple items will arrive at the same time.

+How do I send a book as a gift?

You can send a book as a gift by going through the normal creation and order process. The personalized inscription features allows you to leave a nice note for the recipient if you’d like. Once that process has been completed be sure to input the shipping address to specify where you would like to ship the book. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card to send to a friend and have them customize and order a cookbook for themselves.
