Szechuan cooking has intrigued me for years. Mala sauce is a spicy and numbing Chinese sauce which consists of Szechuan peppercorn, chili pepper and various spices simmered with oil. I've chosen a few of my favorite Szechuan recipes to share with Feasters for one night only. Be forewarned, the spice level is high, but the flavor level will blow you away. Join us at the table for a taste of Mala.
