Growing up in México made me fall in love with food and traditions. I believe in preserving before creating, so my food resembles that. Back in México I was a chef instructor, and when moved Seattle I kept on learning, from Chef Jason Franey at Canlis and earned my first Chef position for Schwartz Brothers, I have worked as a Executive Catering Sous Chef for Microsoft and currently I'm the Executive Catering Chef for Uptown. I spend my free time with my fiancée Patrick and my lovely baby boy Oliver.
