Citrus cured, red onion, serrano, cilantro. Butter lettuce, avocados and home made hot sauce.
Avocado soup

Chilled tequila and avocado soup, grilled corn salsa, papalo and crema.
Papalo is know in Mexico as summer cilantro, it's flavor is a mix of cilantro, arugula and rue.
Tostada de tinga poblana

Fresh tostada ( hand made tortilla), longaniza and chipotle braised chicken, over iceberg lettuce, pickled red onion and serrano, tomatillo salsa and almond chili oil
Asado de boda (Pork Mole)

Every state has its own version od mole, back home, San Luis Potosi, this is the typical dish to serve on weddings and quinceaneras outside of the big city. It's made with dry chiles, and scented with chocolate, spices and orange. This is not as sweet or spicy as other moles and it is full of flavor.
Colima lime carlota

Definitely a kids favorite, vanilla wafers and key lime crema, served with blackberry and grilled peach compote and freshly grated Mexican cinnamon.
