Dia de Muertos is when we celebrate the life of the ones we love, by cooking their favorite food, drinking their favorite drink and offering that on an altar, we guide them with the light of candles and the scent of incense to guide them and be with us for one night. Also, 10% of the total sales will be donated to Pintando Esperanza (Painting Hope) to help build houses for those who lost everything on the 9/19 earthquake in Mexico City and Morelos **Vegetarian Entrees available upon request.

Mushroom and corn empanada
Mushroom filling infused with tequila and epazote, toasted cascabel and tomatilla salsa, crema, radish and cotija
Queso panela frito (Fried Panela cheese)
Small Plate
Golden brown crust, charred Poblano cream sauce, warm Mexican zucchini and cumin salad and fried chocoyotes. Chocoytes are small hand shaped masa dumplings, used regularly on soups
Grilled shrimp and tamarind sauce
Tiger prawns, Arbol chili and tamarind sauce, grilled scallion
Chamorro adobado and Frijoles charros
Chile and spices marinated pork shank, wrapped and cooked in banana leaf. Pinto bean soup, tomato, beer and bacon base. Served with cilantro, onion, Mom’s salsa de molcajete and fried jalapeno salsa.
Bunuelos de Viento
Thin fried treat dusted with sugar and cinnamon, served with piloncillo syrup and Mexican hot chocolate.
