Couldn't make it to Munich? No worries! We're bringing Oktoberfest to San Francisco with this month's CK Supper Club. Our family style menu is inspired by Oktoberfest favorites and includes beers to go along with every bite. This month's chef is the talented Anna Voloshyna from Viva La Food. After her sold out Eastern European dinner, we just had to invite her back to our kitchen!

Beer Crepes

Filled with light cream cheese, fresh herbs, and homemade gravlax.
Zucchini with Tarragon
Appetizer
Incredibly tender and flavorful zucchini, slowly cooked with tarragon and garlic to absolute perfection.
Sauerkraut
Appetizer
Traditional Oktoberfest sauerkraut simmered in Belgian Wheat Ale, bay leaf, and caraway seed.
Beer Braised Sausages
Entree
Assorted artisanal sausages boiled in beer and roasted until golden.
Pork Knuckle
Entree
Simmered in beer and molasses, then roasted with mustard, maple syrup, and aromatic spices. Served with homemade mustard and horseradish sauce.
Roasted Apples with Homemade Praline Ice Cream
Dessert
Tart apples baked with brown sugar and butter, topped with luxurious homemade pecan praline ice cream.
