Calling all *pumpkin* lovers! For this month's CK Supper Club -- happy hour edition -- guest chef Shikha Kaiwar of Shikha La Mode, will be baking sweet and savory pumpkin pastries and desserts. Shikha has worked in pastry programs all over the Bay Area, including Quince, where she was part of the opening team for Cotogna. She recently spent a month in Paris getting her advanced pastry certification from Ferrandi, the largest culinary school in Europe. She lives for all things sugar and Drake.

Savory Pumpkin Hand Pies
Pies aren't always sweet! This version is filled with garlic, sage, and cheddar.
French Breton Cake with Pumpkin Ganache
A traditional butter cake from northwestern France, similar to shortbread. Filled with white-chocolate and pumpkin.
Multi-Grain Pumpkin Cake with Hard Cider Caramel
Made with hazelnut, rye, amaranth, millet, flax, and chia seeds, this cake is dense and pairs perfectly with caramel sauce.
Pumpkin Spice Brioche
Another classic French sweet bread, this time filled with the fall flavor we love.
Pumpkin Pie Pudding
A classic Thanksgiving dessert without the crust and with a tangy finish of sour cream.
