Damon Roseberry spent the latter half of his formative years in his mother’s native country of El Salvador. He began cultivating a passion for the culture’s cuisine. He returned to the United States to pursue his education at the Culinary Institute of America. It was during the completion of his Bachelor’s Degree that Damon developed an enthusiasm for spirits and began to concentrate his studies in operations and hospitality. Currently in Miami where he bartended for Broken Shaker 2014-2018.
