Summer time eating often hearkens memories of spending time with friends, maybe in a park or backyard, sharing various dishes until the light goes away. Its the no frills way of eating that allows for the focus to be on incredible flavor. Every restaurant cook wishes they could do this everyday; luckily, we will get to do it for the night.

Crudo Two Ways
Small Plate
I can't decide which plate I like better- so let's have both! Halibut Crudo- shaved fennel, watercress, pine nuts in lemon vinaigrette Mackeral Crudo- green papaya, puffed brown rice, cilantro-mint rice wine vinaigrette
Baby Greens Salad with Radishes, Feta, Heirloom Tomatoes, Quinoa Dill Vinaigrette
Small Plate
A tangy combination of various radishes and spicy baby mustard greens pairs well with sweet heirlooms in a simple yet oh so satisfying vinaigrette.
Vegetable Course- Grilled Asparagus and Fried Artichokes
Small Plate
Simple and satisfying- grilled asparagus is tossed in savory Salsa Verde and topped with marcona almonds. Lightly Fried artichoke hearts dusted with fennel pollen served with preserved lemon aioli
Pork Sugo Ravioli
Pork shoulder is cooked until fall apart tender in reduced tomato and wine with golden raisins. Tucked inside homemade pasta and cooked in a lightly smokey tomato sauce. Topped with Parmesan, and a summer take on gremolata.
Rhubarb Almond Tart
Sweet and tangy rhubarb cooked into a jam layered under a dense almond filling.
