BIO

I'm from the Central Coast of California. I attended culinary school at the CIA in the Napa Valley, and graduated in 2013. I'm a passionate, food and beverage oriented chef who wants to showcase seasonal bounty with fantastic drinks. I typically cook food in a Mediterranean style, with classic French technique. I'm a very outgoing person and love to interact with my guests to make a more interactive dining experience.
