Porchetta: A traditional Roman-Italian roasted porcine delight. A whole pig, deboned, stuffed with herbs and garlic, cooked slow and low until the cacophony of shattering pork skin fills the room. Pie: An American staple of comfort and hospitality. Porchette + Pie Join us for a celebration of body warming, soul nourishing cuisine from chefs Daniel Escalle and John Conlin.
