Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, I have lived in California for the past 40 years where I have been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs my food on a daily basis, enabling me to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Passionate about cooking and sharing my knowledge I have created The Foodery, where among other culinary activities I teach a number of cooking classes to groups from 2 to 18 people in my specially equipped loft, first in Los Angeles and now in San Francisco.
