BIO

I am an Italian American raised in NY and professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

I have traveled and eaten my way through nearly 30 different countries in the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. I have spent the last 3 years living and opening restaurants in Hong Kong. Living in Asia has strongly influenced my cooking style and I specialize in Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine.

I own my own pop up company called Global Pop-Up, which sets up Food and Beverage pop-ups that raise money for local communities and charities.
