Cena Italiana in Verde

In-PersonStinson Beach, Stinson Beach

Medium (10-15 Guests)
Local, Organic
Summer produce is booming and it's time to celebrate. Chris and I can't think of a better way to express the seasons than letting ingredients speak for themselves. It's the Italian way of food, a culture that doesn't confuse the palate but exalts the natural flavors of the season and combines them very organically. Just one angle, we'll keep it green and play around with this vegetable garden chroma, with a very Italian spin: basil, zucchini, parsley, and arugula.
