Supper's ready! A monthly pasta night hosted by Feastly and fueled by Baia Pasta. A dish of delicious pasta (seasonal and perfectly al dente), a salad and a glass of wine. You, your friends, a new friend, and his friends. Community grows and so your smiles and appetite. See you at the table! About Baia Pasta: Baia Pasta (Oakland, CA) is a modern pasta with an old world soul. We craft artisanal dry pasta using the best Italian techniques and organic American flours. True to the Italian tradition: Baia Pasta is cold-kneaded, shaped through custom brass dies, and dried gently at low temperatures. As a result, our small batch pastas have a rough surface and a great al dente texture, with exceptional mouthfeel and unique flavor.

Menu detail

Pasta col pesto di rucola
Arugula and almonds, the perfect match. Eatwell farms peppery arugula and delicate sweet almonds, they balance each other beautifully. When dishes are this simple, the key is to get the best tasting ingredients you can: check!
Mustard greens and violina rugosa salad.
Small Plate
To stay on the "bitter theme": earthy mustard greens, roasted violina rugosa ( a heritage Italian butternut squash), a warm seasoning of butter, sage and banyuls vinegar and a final touchj of toasty pepitas. NOMZ.
Glass of "Le Fervent"
91% Syrah, 6% Grenache, 2% Mourvèdre, 3% Viognier (co-fermented with Syrah), COSTIÈRES DE NÎMES AOC. Almost black with reddish hues. The nose is both complex and intense, of black plum, china ink, blood orange and hints of pencil lead. A very fresh and vibrant wine with flavors of blueberry, boysenberry liquor and garrigue, underlined by hints of toast and cocoa. It is framed by refined tannins and good acidity.
