I live in Wilmington Delaware with my partner Martin of 9 years, we enjoy meeting and hosting small groups of people.
For me, I've been cooking as long as I can remember being in the kitchen is very therapeutic and I am a perfectionist. When people ask why don't you open your own restaurant I say ' been there done that' it's totally different when you do it as a hobby or you do it as a career.
I will always see myself entertaining friends and hosting private dinners.
As for my food its a combination of places I've traveled and people I've met its American comfort food with an international twist.
