I am a contract tour chef with 20 years experience and a very diverse resume. I have spent the past 8 years touring the world and cooking for musicians, bands and the crews that work to build the show daily. My love affair with food began 20 years ago in the kitchens of Charleston, SC. 12 years later I found myself in Richmond, VA as an executive chef of a 'from scratch' kitchen when I got the opportunity to go on tour with Paul McCartney. I jumped at the chance to combine my love of food and desire for travel and have stayed on the road since, until the Covid pandemic started. I have cooked and worked for many artists, including Rod Stewart, Katy Perry, The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, U2. Most recently I worked as a personal chef for Kelly Clarkson and have been Daryl Hall, of Hall and Oates, personal tour chef for the past 4 years. I am excited to get the opportunity to cook and share experiences with people again.
