BIO

I've been working professionally in the food industry since the age of 16, cooking at underground dinners, working with the Four Seasons Hotel, Green Dolphin Street, and recently with Chef Kevin Schuder with Fancy Plants Catering hosting and planning big events, as well as opening Fancy Plants Cafe. I'm excited to be using my unique experience to create forward thinking plant based food here in the City of Chicago.
