Born and raised in California I’ve always had a great appreciation for food and been fascinated by all of it.

I love working with fresh seafood and seasonable vegetables, utilizing as much as I can. My dad is Japanese and my mom is Mexican. I focus on putting a modern interpretation of traditional Latin dishes while having little accents of Japanese ingredients and techniques throughout.

After cooking other chef’s menus for 9 years I’m excited at the chance to share my own ideas and bring you something familiar yet different, utilizing flavors from my background to present some interesting food for you.
