I've been fortunate enough to cook in many kitchens and work with amazing chefs and home cooks from all around the world. I would like to welcome you to my kitchen to share some of the recipes that I have fallen in love with along the way. Global cuisine is exciting and should not be intimidating. I hope that this inspiration finds its way to your kitchen. Although that I've never traveled to Kerala, I've had the pleasure to learn some regional recipes from a well-known Chef and close friend.

I'm serving this with another favorite dish Yogurt Rice.
This is life changing, enjoy.
Sabudana with Golden Sultanas & Pistachio

This dessert is not regional to Kerala. I stumbled on this desert while cooking with a friend from Hyderabad another southern state in India.
