Entree
Carapulcra is a pork, potato, and peanut stew first perfected by the Incas. Later West Africans and Southern Europeans added their own spices and flavors, making it as layered as it is delicious. Ours will be topped with roasted Peads and Barnetts Berkshire pork belly.
