Rice Noodle Lemongrass Shrimp Rolls

Using wide Gluten free rice noodles, stuffed with lemongrass marinated Shrimp, mint, basil, baby greens and scallions. Then cut into bite sized, sushi like. Light and savory, seved with Lime and Tamari dipping sauce.

A 24 hours process required to create, Porchetta is a savory, fatty, and moist boneless pork roast of Italian culinary tradition. Using the loin and belly to create a beautiful crackling. Accompanied with a Brazilian style grilled Pinapple. This Pinapple soaks in caramelized brown sugar and cinnamon to create a glaze, trully a showstopper .

An Indonesian take on cooking fish en papillote, infusing the gentle sweet and smoky scent from the banana leaf. Kaffir lime leaf, coriander, served on a bed of braised greens. A feast for your senses.
