Inspired by the Bulgarian rose and seasonal nature of the country's cuisine and traditions, Chef Dimitar has modernized some of the most famous and authentic Bulgarian recipes to bring you a unique fine dining experience.

Dimitar's refined culinary technique, through his work in Amsterdam (Librije’s Zusje, 2 Michelin Stars), and more recently in San Francisco (Acquerello, 2 Michelin Stars), has resulted in a uniquely inspired, delicious and aesthetically pleasing tasting menu.
