The Creole Food Experiment is a month long of tasting menus located at Chef Dominick Lee's restaurant Poitin to give the public a try of the food he has been researching for the past 8 months. Though Creole food is the cuisine of his home land Dominick is building a new type of cuisine to represent New Orleans and to leave his mark on the city. He wishes to preserve the history of his city through food and this is step one. BTW there will be welcome cocktails.
