After working in the Entertainment Industry for years, I changed course when I rediscovered the love of my life, my soulmate -- food. My goal in becoming a self taught chef wasn’t to reinvent the culinary wheel, but to find a way to express who I was - where I came from and present those influences in my life in a simple meal, dish, or taste of chicken broth. For the last seven years I've shared that love as a personal chef for people who want the security, comfort, and quality that comes with individual attention and care for food.
