Drew Johnson is the executive chef and co-owner of Kincaid Grill in Anchorage, Alaska. In the fall of this year, Chef Drew will hold the rank of Chef Rotisseur as he is to be inducted into the prestigious Chaine de Rotisseurs, the world’s oldest and largest food and wine society.
