His career has led him from the USVI to being Corporate Executive Chef & Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Sweet Baby Ray’s, Corporate Pit Master at Bandanas BBQ and in 2014, Dylan joined Chicago’s Blackwood BBQ team as Chef/Pit Master. At the end of 2016 he became the director of culinary operations at The Budlong Hot Chicken. 2019 has opened the door to a new challenge, as the principle behind Pitdaddy Outfitters, Dylan is offering Classes, Consulting, Experiential Dinners & more!
