Join us for an evening exploration into the Food of Guam with Chef Ed Sablan, and Saké with Paul Willenberg, WSET Level 3 Sake Retailer.
The Mariana Island of Guam is only a 4 hour flight away from Japan… So this just makes sense. We will showcase land and sea dishes from Guam paired with 3 pours of curated saké. This evening will be an experience like no other!
Additional saké pours will be available for purchase.
