Fortress: SF & Solitude is a casual dinner pop-up concept and my brainchild - born out of love for food and its conversations. It was built as a series of dinners under the name Dux and started 4 years ago. It is through these dinners and ideas that enable the study of food progression, education, theory, and experience. Most importantly, we believe that food above all should be soulful and delicious.
