Fortress is returning with a second Summer Dinner in 2017 just as the seasons begin to turn. The menu's flavors and footprints come from the inspired produce and simple summer cooking from New York to New England to Quebec: a blend of cultures and immigrants. We will be focusing on the burgeoning harvest flavors, fresh herbs and fruits that this season best highlights. This most recent meal will feature a few personal accents and some tributes to ancient New England dishes.
