This dinner is going to be an ode to our wonderful bounty of local flavors. I'll highlight all that our beautiful region has to offer - working with my local vendors and farmers markets to source the freshest fruits, vegetables, and proteins. My style is light, fresh and heavily influenced by seafood from my years of Japanese cooking.
