This is a four-course dinner menu inspired by the tropical beaches around the world. Each bite exudes aromatic flavors from Asia, the Caribbeans, and Africa. I am creating this menu to enliven the senses and satisfy the body. All the servings are vegan, gluten-free, made with fresh ingredients, and infused with vibrant seasonings. Each plate tells a story of the exotic trees, the fun-filled afternoons under the sun, the ocean breeze through the waves, and the star-filled nights basking in the moon light.

This dish is made with delicious ingredients from the farmer's market. An exotic fruit bowl made with fresh fruits, nuts, and edible flowers. This bowl has roasted brazil nuts, thinly sliced mangoes, juicy kiwi slices, and a fresh edible flower.
Wild Mushroom Moon

Wild rice served with sauteed portobello mushrooms infused with cilantro, sage, and parsley; topped with sweet mustard dressing.
African Leaf

This dish is made with fresh ingredients sourced from the local farmer's market. A savory tomato stew flavored with african spices, paired with fried ripe plantains, and peppered coconut.
