The Prince of Venice food truck invites you to preview their new brick and mortar location menu and experience a night of ultraregional pastas with their Executive Chef, Elizabeth McCoy of the A Mano, Amaro pop-up!
The four course pasta dinner is accompanied by the perfect wine pairings of Sommelier Sean Carmitchel (Preux and Proper, Estrella), as well as stories and facts about each pasta.
Chef McCoy looks forward to you joining her at this new chapter of the Prince of Venice food kingdom!

An ultraregional double-sided coin shape from Liguria, served with a mixed olive pesto, toasted walnuts, and basil oil.

A "little shoe" stuffed pasta shape native to Lombardy, filled with fire roasted pepper and marscapone, served with housemade sausage, black kale, and breadcrumbs.

A Puglian dumpling made with squid ink infused dough, served with spot prawns, saffron-white wine broth, and Market tomatoes.

A variation on the classic Roman shape involving two separate lines of filling joined only upon taking a single bite. Filled with orange cream on one side, raspberry cream on the other side, and served with blackberry jus, bittersweet chocolate sauce, and fresh mint.
