Chef Elizabeth McCoy and the A Mano, Amaro crew are partnering up with Last Word Hospitality and Groceryships for an epic night supporting a truly amazing cause!
Chef McCoy and her team (including Sommelier Sean Carmitchel of Preux and Proper) will be bringing her signature pasta and tales of how pasta changed the way she saw food to raise funds and awareness for Groceryships, a non-profit that provides support groups, food education, and a scholarship of free wholesome groceries for families in the inner city.

Paying tribute to the pasta that started Chef McCoy's obsession with ultra-regional pasta. White wine sough pasta "coins" served with olive tapenade pesto, basil, toasted walnuts.

Paying tribute to Chef McCoy's signature stuffed pasta shape. A "candy-shaped" pasta filled with roasted squash and house-made ricotta, served with brown butter and crisp sage.

Paying tribute to the first experiment in a dessert pasta Chef McCoy ever attempted. A "belly button" shape filled with a cannoli-style sweetened ricotta and chocolate mix, served with cherry sauce and candied Sicilian pistachios.
