This meal dazzles and this course in particular, is a show-stopper. Crudo may seem intimidating but it's really about sourcing top- quality seafood (we'll tell you where to go!) and considering ingredients, textures and forms.

Gigante Beans w. Marjoram, Garlic & Vegetables

How to make beans even more delicious! Pair them vibrant herbs, lemon and peak-of-season produce! These beans have been cooked from dried but this preparation can absolutely be prepared using canned.
Cherry Almond Torte
Dessert
An wonderful, elegant seasonal fruit dessert. We make a crust from scratch, use fresh cherries in the interior (this can be subbed for peaches, plums or figs as summer progresses) and then top with an almond streusel.
