Colorful, seasonal and fun to prepare. ⁣ Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. ⁣⁣ At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Covid precautions:⁣⁣ Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates with masks required while cooking. ⁣⁣ Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. ⁣⁣
