This Japanese-inspired menu coaxes wonderful flavors from few ingredients in satifsfying, authentic and fun-to-make dishes. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Covid precautions:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ We are following CDC guidelines and local mandates. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Masks must be worn while cooking and may be removed for eating. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣All participants, 12 and over must provide proof of vaccination. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Yes! We are hosting private parties, team events and celebrations (birthday, bridal shower, more).
